SCENIC CITY ENDURANCE CARNIVAL Presented by B7 EVENTS The Scenic City Endurance carnival will be held in Canberra on November 21- 23 2014. The ride base is Equestrian Park, Cotter Road, Curtin, which is very close to shops and a motel. Riders in all distances will have wonderful views over the beautiful national capital including Lake Burley Griffin, The Jet, the National Arboretum, Government House, and the city (Civic).
