Debbie Summerhayes

Debbie first started riding at 9 months old with her mum, and progressed to riding by herself by the time she was 3.  A life long love of horses followed, which has now reached to over 50 years.  She has been mostly involved in training horses, but has included Pony Club, dressage, show jumping, and endurance.

After learning from the natural horsemen like Pat Parelli, Buck Brannaman, Warwick Schiller and Guy McLean, the level of simplicity and ease that she now has with her horses makes it a joy to be around them, and easy for them to show their natural talents and love of what they do.  The level of training these horses get make them wonderful all round athletes who excel in other disciplines once they complete their racing careers.

Debbie has been a licenced harness racing trainer and driver spanning 30 years and is currently based in Queensland with a team of 12 horses, some in work as well as 3 broodmares and their foals.  You’ll often find her out doing fun things with them.

She believes in paying it forward and hopes that all horse lovers will benefit from and take advantage of this community.

Cynthia Cooper

A lifelong horse lover, Cynthia Cooper has been involved with horses daily for over 45 years, competed successfully in many disciplines including showing, endurance, polocrosse, dressage, jumping, picnic racing, and Western events.

Gavin Bartlett

Gavin is a horseman, endurance rider and adventurer from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Talented with handling horses from a young age, he has experience with horses from all disciplines, and also study’s bodywork and the healing arts. He conducts horsemanship clinics Australia wide, helping people get to understanding more about their horses, and discovering more about themselves.

Dedicated to his life’s work of understanding horses, bringing a greater quality of life to horses and people, helping them achieve a more effective relationship. Gavin’s years of experience can help riders from any discipline build a willing, safe and responsive equine partner.
